The shortest rental duration is 24 hours. If you rent a car for less than 24 hours, you will be charged for a full day. For instance, renting from Monday morning to Tuesday afternoon will be billed as two full days.
To extend your rental period, please notify the rental agent in advance.
Please return the car with the same fuel level as when you picked it up. If the fuel level is lower, you will be charged for the difference according to our rates. There will be no refund for any extra fuel returned.
If the vehicle is excessively dirty at the time of return, making it difficult to assess its condition (including checking for scratches and dents), you will be responsible for cleaning the car before drop-off.
Standard insurance does not cover damage to the wheels, undercarriage, windscreen, or interior of the vehicle.
In the event of an incident, report it to the rental agent immediately and obtain an infringement notice, unless otherwise instructed by the agent. Failure to do so may void your insurance coverage and leave you fully responsible.
Insurance will be invalidated if damage is caused by deliberate vandalism or neglect.
Crossing international borders with our rental cars is not permitted.
Ensure you provide a valid phone number with the correct country code at the time of booking. This number must be reachable throughout the rental period and on the day before pickup. We cannot process service quality claims if we are unable to contact you via phone or messaging apps (Viber/WhatsApp/Telegram).
You are responsible for any fines, fuel charges, and parking fees incurred during your rental.
Only small pets are allowed in the rental cars and must be kept in travel carriers at all times.
Each car’s page specifies the minimum age and driving experience required. These requirements may differ among models. The rental agent reserves the right to deny service if the driver does not meet these criteria. Valid national driving licenses in Latin characters are required; copies and electronic licenses are not accepted. If your license is valid only in its issuing country, consider obtaining an International Driving Permit (IDP).
Your rental includes an unlimited number of free miles.
